1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the c666 website and any services provided at c666.bio (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on the c666 Platform from time to time. These documents form the entire agreement between you and c666 with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions. Where such authority does not exist, you are personally liable for all obligations arising under this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the c666 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be so during all periods of platform use.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

• You are acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the c666 Platform or had your account terminated for breach of these terms.

c666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds may be confiscated in accordance with applicable law. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of c666 services, you must create a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) c666 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep this information current at all times. c666 relies on the accuracy of user-provided data for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c666 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). c666 will never request your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified c666 of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

c666 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. This may include submission of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued document, as well as proof of the payment methods used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or fund withholding.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the c666 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. c666 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20), and Visa/Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your c666 account balance within 5 to 15 minutes. c666 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which c666 is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 6 hours for fully verified accounts using supported Pakistani payment methods. c666 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified account holder may be refused and returned to the account balance.

4.3 Funds Usage

Deposited funds may only be used for the purpose of gaming and betting on the c666 Platform. c666 does not offer credit or lending services of any kind. You may not deposit funds with the intention of withdrawing them without engaging in any betting or gaming activity — such behaviour may be considered suspicious and may trigger compliance reviews.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the c666 sportsbook and all rounds of play in the c666 Casino are subject to specific game and sport rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. c666 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or betting session, c666 will use available data to reconstruct the outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, bets may be voided at c666's discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

c666 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your c666 account as bonus funds and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c666 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of betting or gaming outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts or using proxy accounts to circumvent eligibility restrictions or exploit bonuses.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any financial activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical operation of the c666 Platform.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity during account verification.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded, or assisting an excluded individual in accessing the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the c666 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of c666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of c666 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c666 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

c666 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. c666 will endeavour to notify users of scheduled downtime in advance.

The total aggregate liability of c666 to you in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your c666 account at the time the dispute arose.

10. Responsible Gaming

c666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All players have access to the following tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that activate immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.

Upon account termination for breach, c666 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verifiable balances will be returned to the account holder using an approved payment method within a reasonable period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which c666 operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by c666's regulatory framework. 13. Amendments

c666 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the c666 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
